Arsenal's Arsene Wenger: 'Theo Walcott must make up his mind'

Wenger "frustrated" by Walcott

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has expressed his 'frustrations' over Theo Walcott's failure to sign a new contract.

The England international has been in negotiations over a new deal at the Emirates for a number of months but the 23-year-old has yet to commit his future to the Gunners.

"We have not made any progress but I am honestly frustrated about it," said Wenger. "It is clear with the player and he knows what I want. He has to make up his mind.

"We have been in negotiations for a long time and we have not been late in our re-negotiations with him and we always try to extend contracts very early."

Walcott, who has been vocal about his desire to play as a striker for the North London outfit, has been an Arsenal player since 2006 following his move from Southampton.
