Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal to battle for Julio Cesar?

Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are expected to battle for the signature of Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar, according to reports in Italy.

The Brazilian has been linked with a move away from the San Siro following the arrival of Samir Handanovic from Udinese.

According to Italian website Calciomercato, the North London rivals have both made enquries for the 32-year-old stopper, who has two years remaining on his contract.

Cesar, who has made 64 appearances for his country, joined the Nerazzurri in 2005.
