Sagna to enter talks with Man City?

Bacary Sagna has reportedly decided to begin contract talks with Manchester City at the end of the current season.

The Arsenal defender will become a free agent in the summer, and his availability has seen him linked with a number of clubs in recent months.

Reports earlier this week suggested that Sagna had rejected Arsenal's latest offer, but it is believed that they are unwilling to offer over £80,000 per week to extend his stay at the Emirates Stadium.

According to the Daily Mail, the latest development in the long-running saga has alerted City, who are keen to enter negotiations with the 31-year-old in the near future.

Due to Premier League regulations, Sagna will not be allowed to hold talks with another Premier League club until the end of the season, which means that the FA Cup final against Hull City could be the Frenchman's final game for the Gunners.
