Mesut Ozil agent rules out summer Arsenal exit

The agent of Mesut Ozil says that there is "no chance" of the Arsenal midfielder leaving the Emirates Stadium in the summer.

Erkut Sogut has reiterated that Mesut Ozil will see out his current contract at Arsenal.

Over the past 18 months, there has been frequent speculation regarding the future of the playmaker, who has a deal at the Emirates Stadium until 2021.

However, regardless of constant talk about the German, Sogut has insisted that there is "no chance" of the midfielder switching teams in the summer.

Speaking to The i., Sogut said: "At the moment, we don't even talk about it, because he still has one-and-a-half-years left.

"He still has 15 months to go. Until then, he will stay at Arsenal, for sure. He will stay until the end of his contract. There's no chance he'll leave."

Ozil has been a regular in the starting lineup since the appointment of Mikel Arteta in December.
