Layvin Kurzawa 'to sign five-year deal at Arsenal'

Layvin Kurzawa 'to sign five-year deal at Arsenal'

Arsenal have reportedly won the race to sign Paris Saint-Germain defender Layvin Kurzawa.

The 27-year-old's current deal in Paris will expire at the end of June, meaning that as it stands, he will be available on a free transfer ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.

A number of clubs - including Liverpool, Barcelona and Sevilla - have been linked with the left-back, who has made 23 appearances for Thomas Tuchel's team during the 2019-20 season.

However, according to Todofichajes, the Gunners are set to announce the signing of the France international on a five-year contract.

Mikel Arteta's side acquired Kieran Tierney from Celtic last summer with the view to filling their left-back spot, but the 22-year-old has been restricted to just 12 appearances during the current season due to injury.

Arsenal are also allegedly prepared to cash in on Alexandre Lacazette this summer.
