Arsenal's Carl Jenkinson attracting interest from Hull City

Hull City manager Steve Bruce has confirmed that he has held talks with Arsenal over a potential loan move for defender Carl Jenkinson.

The 22-year-old, who joined the Gunners from Charlton Athletic in 2011, currently finds himself down the pecking order at right-back following the recent acquisition of Mathieu Debuchy.

"I had a conversation with Arsenal about four or five weeks ago to see if it was possible," Sky Sports News quotes Bruce as saying. "And, apparently so, it might be.

"We'll look at that situation but we haven't had confirmation from Arsenal."

Arsenal have been linked with a move for Southampton defender Calum Chambers.
