Hull City sign Arsenal forward Chuba Akpom on season-long loan

Hull City have signed Arsenal forward Chuba Akpom on loan until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old has been loaned out to Brentford, Coventry City and Nottingham Forest in recent years.

Akpom made his senior Arsenal debut in 2013 after graduating from the club's youth academy.

The teenager scored a hat-trick for the Gunners earlier this summer during their 4-0 win over a Singha All Star XI.

Hull start the new Championship season at home to Huddersfield Town on Saturday.
