Arsenal goalkeeper Bernd Leno is reportedly ready to snub interest from Newcastle United this summer.
The Germany international has played second fiddle to Aaron Ramsdale for the majority of the 2021-22 season and is expected to leave the club in the summer transfer window.
Newcastle are believed to have been alerted to Leno's situation, with the 30-year-old available on the cheap ahead of his Arsenal deal expiring at the end of next season.
However, the Daily Star claims that Leno has no interest in moving to St James' Park, with the former Bayer Leverkusen man instead seeking to return to his homeland in the Bundesliga.
The report adds that Newcastle could therefore turn their attention to Chelsea's Kepa Arrizabalaga, and Leno would only command a figure of between £5m and £10m to leave Arsenal this summer.
The German has only made four Premier League starts for Arsenal this season but could be given the nod for Monday's Premier League clash with Crystal Palace due to Ramsdale's hip injury.
