Arsene Wenger has reportedly swooped for Borussia Dortmund rookie Thomas Eisfeld.
The 19-year-old has yet to make his Dortmund debut and has six months left on his contract.
Arsenal have agreed a fee of £600,000 pending a medical, according to The Sun.
Playmaker Eisfeld is touted for a contract lasting until 2015, starting off with the reserve team.
