Arsenal, Aston Villa track Scott Dann

Arsenal and Aston Villa are reportedly tracking Blackburn Rovers defender Scott Dann.

Villa could offer James Collins as part of a player-plus-cash deal for the centre-back, according to Sky Sports News.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is looking to add to his squad in the next month after a number of injuries.

Dann's teammate Christopher Samba has also been linked with a move away from Ewood Park.

It is thought that the Rovers board would be willing to keep at least one of the defenders during the January transfer window.
