Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger believes that the club's pre-season tour of Asia can unite his squad.
The Gunners arrived in Malaysia this weekend and will also travel to China and Hong Kong over the next week.
Wenger sees the trip as a chance to bring together his travelling party.
He said: "It is an opportunity as well that people may not realise because we travel as a group of people from the club, we can be together with people on the tour that we do not have the opportunity to do so during the season.
"The players will realise that this is a real organisation, because usually when the season starts we live in a bubble and just focus on the next game."
Arsenal begin their Asia tour against a Malaysian XI on Tuesday before a glamour friendly against Manchester City in Beijing on Friday.
