Arsene Wenger: 'Arsenal must take their chances'

Arsene Wenger says that Arsenal must score more of their chances, following their 2-0 victory over Stoke City.

Arsene Wenger has said that he is disappointed with the lack of goals being scored by Arsenal.

The Gunners beat Stoke City 2-0 on Saturday, but have scored just five Premier League goals so far this season.

"We had to wait to make sure of our victory but I thought our performance was convincing. In the first half our movement was outstanding and we created a lot," Wenger told BBC Sport.

"In the second half our pace dropped maybe a little bit in our passing but we continuously created chances and overall it was a strong performance.

"My only regret is that there is too big a difference between the number of chances we made and the number of goals we scored but that will come."

The win moves Arsenal up to third in the Premier League table.
