Arsenal defender Bacary Sagna ruled out of Manchester City showdown?

Arsenal defender Bacary Sagna could reportedly miss the Gunners' clash against Manchester City as his hamstring injury is worse than first thought.

Arsenal defender Bacary Sagna will reportedly play no part in the Gunners' Premier League clash against Manchester City due to a hamstring injury.

The 30-year-old is expected to miss tomorrow night's Champions League clash against Napoli, with Carl Jenkinson likely to take his role.

Sagna's injury is worse than first feared, meaning that he will be unable to feature in the Gunners' trip to the Etihad Stadium on Saturday, according to Goal.com.

If the North London outfit avoid a three-goal defeat against Napoli tomorrow, then they will qualify for the knockout rounds of the Champions League.
