Aaron Ramsey wary of Sunderland reaction

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey reveals that the Gunners are ready for a battle against Sunderland as the Black Cats seek a reaction from their 8-0 defeat last week.

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has admitted that he and his teammates are wary of a reaction from Sunderland in their Premier League clash.

The Black Cats sustained a humiliating 8-0 defeat at the hands of Southampton last week, and Ramsey feels that the Gunners will have to be at their best to earn a victory at the Stadium of Light.

Ramsay told the club's official website: "I've scored there a couple of times in the past but hopefully we can go there and win another game, and get back to winning ways in the league.

"I'm sure Sunderland's manager and fans will be asking for a reaction and we'll be expecting a tough game.

"After losing by the margin they did the other day, they're all going to be up for it and hopefully we can manage that and get on top early on to make them anxious and come away with a win."

Arsenal are seventh in the Premier League ahead of their match against Sunderland.
