Mesut Ozil: 'Arsenal staying grounded'

Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil insists that the players are not getting carried away by their impressive start in the Premier League.

Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has claimed that the players are not getting carried away by their impressive start to the season.

The Gunners opened up a two-point lead at the top of the Premier League table on Saturday as they beat Norwich City 4-1 at the Emirates Stadium.

"We know what we can do but we won't get carried away," he told the club's official website. "It's still very early but we know how much potential we have in the team.

"We just enjoy playing and it shows on the pitch. We fight for each other and we are always there for one another. That's why we've been so successful."

Arsenal return to Champions League action on Tuesday night when they entertain Borussia Dortmund.
