Arsenal's Chuba Akpom signs professional deal

Chuba Akpom has committed his future to Arsenal by signing his first professional contract with the club.

The 17-year-old, who has represented England at youth level, has spent his entire trainee career with the Gunners.

He has become a key part of Arsenal's NextGen Series squad, scoring two goals so far in the tournament.

The striker also found the net during the development squad's 2-0 victory over Reading earlier this week.
