Arsenal injury, suspension list vs. Spurs

Arsenal make the short trip to take on Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley Stadium with the opportunity to close the gap on their fierce rivals in the standings.

The Gunners have won six of their last eight fixtures in the top flight, and it has taken the club to within four points of third-placed Spurs.

However, Unai Emery continues to have to juggle his side due to injuries and the team's participation in the Europa League.

Laurent Koscielny completed the 90 minutes against Bournemouth on Wednesday night, but Emery revealed after the game that the centre-back had picked up a minor knock. The Frenchman is still expected to be available this weekend.


Sead Kolasinac

Status: Doubt Type of injury: Unknown Possible return date: March 2

Sead Kolasinac also picked up a minor injury against the Cherries, but Emery has hinted that the left-sided defender could still play a part in the North London derby.


Stephan Lichtsteiner

Stephan Lichtsteiner was absent from the squad earlier this week due to a back injury, but Emery should have the Austria international at his disposal.


Hector Bellerin

Status: Out Type of injury: Knee Possible return date: Unknown

Hector Bellerin will miss the rest of the season due to the knee injury sustained against Chelsea in January.


Rob Holding

Rob Holding is making good progress in his recovery from a serious knee injury, but the centre-back is still months away from a return.

Danny Welbeck is also spending a lengthy period on the sidelines after breaking his ankle against Sporting Lisbon before the end of 2018.
