Steve Bould: 'Arsenal looked jaded'

Arsenal assistant coach Steve Bould had admitted that the team looked "jaded" during their 2-0 defeat to Schalke in the Champions League.

The Gunners registered just one shot on target at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday night as they were beaten for the first time in the competition this season.

"We haven't performed tonight, we lacked a bit of confidence with the ball," said Bould. "We looked jaded."

The result has seen Schalke overtake Arsenal at the top of Group B after three games.
