Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero is named up front for Argentina as they are hosted by Germany in a re-run of the World Cup final.

New La Albiceleste boss Gerardo Martino has also picked Manchester United's Angel di Maria, while City centre-back Martin Demichelis also starts.

The home side have named Mario Gomez up top, while Marco Reus makes his return to the international fold after missing the World Cup through injury.

Germany: Neuer; Grosskreutz, Ginter, Howedes, Durm; Kramer, Kroos, Schurrle, Reus, Draxler; Gomez

Argentina: Romero; Zabaleta, Fernandez, Demichelis, Rojo; Perez, Mascherano, Biglia, Lamela, Di Maria; Aguero.
