AC Milan have completed the signing of Genoa defender Francesco Acerbi.
The 24-year-old, who is also half-owned by Chievo Verona, has agreed a five-year deal with the Rossoneri for around £3m.
The transfer has also seen Alberto Paloschi join Chievo.
Acerbi moved to the Stadio Marc'Antonio Bentegodi from Reggina last year.
