Report: Besiktas, AC Milan agree £7.5m fee for Jose Sosa

Besiktas midfielder Jose Sosa is close to signing for AC Milan, according to reports.

Rossoneri head coach Vincenzo Montella has made no secret of the fact that he would like to recruit the 31-year-old in order to add to his options in the centre of the park.

Turkish newspaper Hurriyet claims that the two clubs have now agreed a fee of around £6.5m for Sosa, close to Besiktas's £7.5m valuation of the ex-Bayern Munich man.

If the Argentine were to make the move to San Siro it would be his second spell in Serie A, having lined out for Napoli in the 2010-11 season.
