Preview: AC Milan vs. Genoa

Sports Mole looks ahead to the Serie A clash between AC Milan and Genoa.

AC Milan will be hoping to kickstart their Serie A campaign this weekend when they play host to Genoa.

The Rossoneri sit in mid-table after disappointing start to the season, and are four points worse off than their opponents ahead of kickoff.

Reeling from defeats to Fiorentina and Barcelona across two competitions, Massimiliano Allegri's side could only manage a 0-0 draw at bottom club AC Chievo Verona in their last league outing.

Genoa are in strong form, winning their last three matches on the spin and claiming the scalps of Lazio and Parma in the process.

Milan defeated Genoa 1-0 when they played host to them in Serie A last season.
