Urby Emanuelson: 'AC Milan were lucky'

Urby Emanuelson has conceded that AC Milan were fortunate to beat Celtic in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

Two late goals gave the home side a 2-0 win, but Celtic more than matched their opponents for much of the game before an Emilio Izaguirre own goal broke the deadlock and Sulley Muntari wrapped up the win soon after.

The wingback told reporters: "You can call this a typical Milan victory. We got lucky with the 1-0, but it was a tough game for us.

"We started really well, but after that we collapsed. The most important is that we win our first group match today."

Milan travel to Ajax next in Group H.
