Kawhi Leonard headlines All-Defensive First Team

Leonard leads All-Defensive selections

San Antonio Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard has earned his first All-Defensive First Team selection after recently being named the NBA's Defensive Player of the Year.

Leonard is joined by Draymond Green, who finished second in the voting for the defensive award.

Memphis Grizzlies guard Tony Allen and Los Angeles Clippers duo Chris Paul and DeAndre Jordan complete the first team as the Western Conference dominated the selections.

Tim Duncan headlined the second team as the San Antonio Spurs power forward claimed a place on the All-Defensive team for the 15th time

Chicago Bulls guard Jimmy Butler, Golden State Warriors center Andrew Bogut, New Orleans Pelicans forward Anthony Davis and Washington Wizards point guard John Wall joined Duncan on the second team.

All-Defensive First Team: Kawhi Leonard, Tony Allen, Chris Paul, DeAndre Jordan, Draymond Green

All-Defensive Second Team: Tim Duncan, Jimmy Butler, Andrew Bogut, Anthony Davis, John Wall
