Green out for four weeks

San Antonio Spurs shooting guard Danny Green has been sidelined for four weeks after sustaining a fracture of the index finger on his left hand.

Green had an MRI scan on Monday, which later confirmed the injury he picked up during the win over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday, ESPN reports.

The 26-year-old joins Thiago Splitter on the sidelines, while Manu Ginobili returned to action against the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday.

Green is averaging 7.4 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 39 games so far this season.
