Stephen Curry: 'Intensity helped Golden State Warriors win'

Curry: 'Intensity helped Warriors win'

Stephen Curry has said that "intensity" helped the Golden State Warriors come from behind to clinch a win over the Chicago Bulls.

The Pacific Division side were down by 16 points early in the second quarter, but went on to take a 102-87 win.

Curry, who led the team with 34 points, told reporters: "We were just trying to stay positive. No point in sulking and pouting. Nobody's really got time for that during the game.

"We were talking to each other, trying to figure out what was going on, what we needed to do differently, and it worked out.

"Just intensity and sticking to the game plan and being physical and not having any mental lapses to get over that hump. And then we were able to come out in the second half and repeat that."

The result leaves the Warriors second in their division, four wins behind the Los Angeles Clippers.
