COPA AMERICA GROUP B PREDICTION
Ecuador have reached the knockout rounds in two of the previous three Copa Americas, and with their squad boasting the likes of Hincapie, Pacho, Caicedo, Paez and Valencia, we think that they have the quality to progress to the quarter-finals as group winners.
Mexico have left out some senior players as they look towards the 2026 World Cup, but while they may be a team in transition, they still should do enough to hold off Venezuela and Jamaica for the runners-up spot.
Venezuela will enter the tournament without a win in five games, and we think that underwhelming form could continue to contribute to a second consecutive group-stage exit.
We believe that Venezuela will at least finish above Jamaica, who have lost all of their previous six matches at the Copa America.
