Portsmouth share points with Wycombe Wanderers

Portsmouth and Wycombe Wanderers both settle for a point at Fratton Park.

Wycombe Wanderers stay third in the League Two table after failing to maintain their 1-0 lead against Portsmouth at Fratton Park.

With both sides going into half time goalless, it was Wycombe who started the second half brighter after Sam Wood opened the scoring on the 50th minute.

The visitors were dominant with 19 shots on goal with only four on target.

Gareth Ainsworth will be ruing his side's missed chances as Portsmouth equalised 20 minutes later thanks to a Johannes Ertl goal that was lashed into the roof of the net from a corner.

Wycombe pressed on for a winner but were unable to get it as they remain unbeaten in their last six away games, winning four.
