Thomas Schaaf has made just once change to his Franfkurt side, with Alexander Madlung returning to the team to replace Slobodan Medojevic.

Stuttgart: Kirschbaum, Klein, Schwaab, Niedermeier, Sakai, Romeu, Gentner, Kostic, Sararer, Maxim, Harnik
