Chelsea outcast Danny Drinkwater is reportedly in no rush to leave Stamford Bridge, despite being phased out by manager Maurizio Sarri.
The 28-year-old has been restricted to just half an hour of playing time since Sarri arrived in the summer, coming in the Community Shield defeat to Manchester City in August.
Drinkwater was expected to leave the Blues during the summer transfer window, with Leicester City and West Ham United linked, but no concrete bids were tabled.
According to The Telegraph, however, the £100,000-a-week midfielder is not currently seeking a route out of West London as he is prepared to wait until next summer before weighing up his options.
A Premier League winner with Leicester City in 2015-16, Drinkwater has struggled to justify his £35m price tag since joining Chelsea in September 2017.
