Mikhail Youzhny sees off Robin Haase in round one of Wimbledon

Mikhail Youzhny has breezed into round two of Wimbledon with a straight-sets victory over Robin Haase.

The Russian 20th seed took the first set 6-4 before coming through the second 7-5 against his Dutch opponent.

He needed medical treatment following a slip in the third but was able to recover to close out the match 7-5.

Youzhny will take on either Frenchman Marc Gicquel or Canada's Vasek Pospisil for a place in round three.
