Maria Sharapova has won her second title at Indian Wells with a resounding straight-sets victory over Caroline Wozniacki.

The win means that the Russian will move up to number two in the new WTA rankings when they are published on Monday.

Sharapova broke early in the first set before a second break saw her close it out 6-2.

It was the same story in the second as a dominant Sharapova broke the Danish world number 10 twice to clinch it 6-2.
