Laura Robson disappointed by recent form

Laura Robson says that she is disappointed to have been knocked out of a tournament in the first round for a third consecutive event.

Laura Robson has admitted that she is finding it hard to returning to winning ways after hitting a recent dip in form.

The British teenager, who made the third round of the Australian Open for the first time in January, has exited her last three tournaments in the first round.

The world number 43 said after her loss to Sofia Arvidsson at Indian Wells: "It was especially disappointing for me today because I really felt for the first time this year I was hitting it well.

"I would say a little bit more nervous than normal, when you go through a tough patch it is hard to get the first win back and I really wanted it today. That maybe made it a bit worse."

Robson also lost in the first rounds at Dubai and Qatar.
