Hull Kingston Rovers have released Australian scrum-half Kris Keating for personal reasons.

The 25-year-old joined Rovers from Canterbury Bulldogs at the start of the season on a three-year deal.

However, a failure to settle in England has seen Keating return to his home country.

Keating scored five tries in 24 appearances during his brief stay with Hull.
