Hull KR sign French international hooker John Boudebza from FC Lezignan on a one-year deal.

Hull Kingston Rovers have completed the signing of French international hooker John Boudebza from FC Lezignan.

The 24-year-old has put pen to paper on a one-year contract with the Super League club.

"Moving to the Super League is a new challenge for me and I'm looking forward to coming over there," Boudebza told Hull's official website. "An opportunity was offered to me at Rovers and after talking with Kevin Larroyer I realised how big a chance it was.

"I'm very excited and proud to be a Robin and I'm looking forward to my first training session, my first game and my first derby."

Boudebza will join his new teammates for pre-season training in November.
