Chris Chester upbeat despite Hull Kingston Rovers thrashing

Hull Kingston Rovers coach Chris Chester has insisted that there are plenty of positives to take from his side's 52-12 defeat to St Helens in Super League.

The Robins were thrashed at Langtree Park last night as the Saints went to the top of the table with a resounding victory.

Despite conceding nine tries during the match, Chester believes that his players are still hungry heading into next weekend's Challenge Cup semi-final against Warrington Wolves.

"There is a lot of fight left in this team," he told the club's official website. "We have been very good in one-off games this season and I am confident we will be very good next week.

"We are staying positive, there is a lot to play for. We know we are in the Middle 8s so the priority now is the Challenge Cup Semi-Final. It's a massive game next week."

Hull KR have now lost their last four games in Super League.
