Wolverhampton Wanderers show Michael Mancienne interest

Wolverhampton Wanderers are understood to have made an enquiry about Hamburg defender Michael Mancienne.

The 24-year-old was loaned out to the Midlands club three times during a five-year spell at Chelsea.

New Wolves boss Stale Solbakken has now contacted the German side over the former England Under-21 international's availability, according to Sky Sports News.

Mancienne left Stamford Bridge last summer to sign a four-year deal with Hamburg.
