Hecking expects "high-octane football" from Freiburg

Wolfsburg coach Dieter Hecking has admitted that he is anticipating Freiburg to play a very high-pressing, high-tempo game against his side on Sunday.

Hecking's side are currently six matches unbeaten and have lifted themselves up to sixth in the Bundesliga, but he said that Wolfsburg need to be at their best if they are to beat Freiburg.

"This is a team who play high-octane football," Hecking told Bundesliga.com.

"We're going to have to be at our very best if we are to be successful in this game. We're going to have to keep our cool in possession to find the right solutions.

"They've made a really positive development in recent weeks and it's up to us to ensure they don't carry that on against us. They put their opponents under a lot of pressure and we've got to be ready for that."

The game kicks off at 2.30pm on Sunday.
