Wigan Athletic track Victor Anichebe

Wigan Athletic are reportedly considering making a bid for Everton striker Victor Anichebe this summer.

The 24-year-old has struggled to hold down a starting role at Goodison Park since breaking through at the age of 18.

The Nigerian is believed to be eager on a move away in order to secure regular football, which is something that Wigan can provide.

However, any move for the centre-forward would depend upon Wigan receiving a suitable fee for Victor Moses, according to Goal.com.

Any money received for Moses will be used to fund a move for Anichebe.
