Report: Manchester United to recall Nick Powell

Nick Powell could be recalled early from his loan spell at Wigan Athletic so that he can secure a short-term move to a Premier League club, according to a report.

The attacking midfielder joined the Latics in the summer and has scored four Championship goals.

However, Manchester United manager David Moyes wants to see how Powell will cope with Premier League football and West Ham United, Crystal Palace and Stoke City are interested, according to The Mirror.

Powell joined United from Crewe Alexandra in 2012.
