Ryo Miyaichi closes in on Wigan Athletic move?

Arsenal winger Ryo Miyaichi is said to be on the verge of joining Wigan Athletic.

The 19-year-old, who is yet to make a Premier League appearance for the Gunners, was linked with a season-long loan switch to the Latics earlier this month.

That deal is now close to being finalised after the Lancashire club decided to sell Victor Moses to Chelsea, according to the Daily Mail.

Miyaichi spent the second half of last season on loan at Bolton Wanderers, where he scored one goal in 14 appearances.
