Sam Allardyce expects Ravel Morrison to return to West Ham United

Allardyce expects Morrison return

West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce has insisted that Ravel Morrison will return to the club following his 93-day loan spell at Queens Park Rangers.

The midfielder was offloaded to the Championship club this week, despite an impressive start to the Premier League season for the Hammers.

The England Under-21 international's move has sparked rumours that he could leave West Ham on a permanent basis, but when Allardyce was asked whether Morrison had played his last game for the club, he told a press conference: "No."

Morrison's off-field issues led to the midfielder's departure from Manchester United in 2012.
