Report: Allardyce called to West Ham meeting

Sam Allardyce was reportedly summoned to a meeting with West Ham United co-owner David Sullivan to discuss his future at the club this afternoon.

According to Sky Sports News, the manager spent around two hours at the meeting, which was also attended by the club's other co-owner David Gold and chief executive Karren Brady.

The report also says that Allardyce had to put his case forward for remaining in charge of the side, and that a decision will be made by May 23.

West Ham finished the season 13th in the Premier League table.
