West Ham's Kevin Nolan not worried about Andy Carroll's lack of goals

Nolan expects Carroll goal-rush

West Ham United midfielder Kevin Nolan believes that loan striker Andy Carroll will produce a string of goals once he finds the net for the first time in a Hammers shirt.

The 23-year-old, who moved to Upton Park on a season-long loan deal from Liverpool in the summer, has been hampered by injuries but Nolan expects the striker to find his form.

"I don't think Andy has got a point to prove to anybody," The Express quotes Nolan as saying. "Once that first goal comes the floodgates will open."

Carroll will return to his former club Newcastle United for the first time since signing for West Ham this weekend.
