West Ham United winger Dimitri Payet has admitted that he and his teammates are continuing to grow in confidence following their impressive start to the season.
The Frenchman has played a key role since joining from Marseille in the summer, helping the Hammers on their way to four wins from the opening six games.
Three of those victories have so far come away from home, with West Ham beating Arsenal, Liverpool and most recently Manchester City on their travels.
Payet is now looking to push on from his side's positive start to the campaign, telling United's official website: "I'm trying to continue where I left off with Marseille last season. It's going very well.
"My teammates have welcomed me in and given me confidence, it's important for me too to have the trust of the coach and it's all going well. I'm not having English lessons, but I'm obviously learning day to day. I'm happy!
"Naturally, victories bring confidence. Saturday was the third win away from home. When we're winning we grow and grow in confidence. We're quite sure of ourselves because we have faith in our quality. We've sprung a few surprises, we've beaten City, so people are beginning to speak a lot more about us."
West Ham find themselves in third place in the Premier League table.
