League Two Aldershot caused an upset by beating West Ham United 2-1 at Upton Park in the Carling Cup second round.

Junior Stanislas put the hosts in front on 16 minutes before Hammers debutant Callum McNaughton saw red for a professional foul.

Dean Holdsworth's side capitalised on the numnerical advantage and Luke Gutteridge hit home from close range on 78 minutes.

The visitors snatched the win with a minute to go when Danny Hylton found the bottom corner.
