Joe Cole eyes "dream" debut against Manchester United

West Ham United midfielder Joe Cole admits that he would love to make his Upton Park return against Manchester United in the FA Cup.

West Ham United midfielder Joe Cole has revealed that he is "buzzing" to make his second debut for the club.

The 31-year-old sealed a return to Upton Park from Liverpool on Friday after he previously left the club in 2003, and Cole has admitted that it would be a "dream" if he featured against Manchester United on Saturday evening.

Cole told Sky Sports News: "It would be the dream to play. These are the games you want to play - Manchester United in the FA Cup.

"We'd settle for 1-0 but it will be a tall order. It is a tough ask and we'll be giving everything.

"I'm buzzing to play and make my debut again. I'm just looking forward to playing."

Cole scored 13 goals in 150 appearances in his previous spell with West Ham.
