Roy Hodgson is expected to keep Shane Long up front alongside Simon Cox with Craig Dawson holding the midfield.

Meanwhile, Mark Hughes is likely to keep the same side that defeated Swansea City 3-0 at Loftus Road last night, which means that skipper Joey Barton should retain his place as well as midfielder Adel Taarabt.

Bobby Zamora could keep his spot up front with Jamie Mackie providing service for the former Fulham striker.
