Joleon Lescott warns West Bromwich Albion ahead of Liverpool trip

West Brom defender Joleon Lescott urges his teammates to remain grounded or run the risk of being humbled away to Liverpool at the weekend.

Joleon Lescott has warned his West Bromwich Albion teammates not to get carried away with their recent form ahead of Saturday's trip to Liverpool.

The Baggies followed up their shock 1-0 win away to Tottenham Hotspur by thumping Burnley 4-0 at The Hawthorns on Sunday afternoon.

However, the former Manchester City defender says that his colleagues run the risk of being humbled at Anfield unless they remain grounded.

"When you lose, you can't see the next win but likewise when you win, you think you're not going to lose," he told Sky Sports News.

"It's important to keep our feet on the ground and this week is going to be tough."

Neil Irvine's side sit 10th in the Premier League table.
