Davide Santon dismisses Watford link

Inter Milan full-back Davide Santon has dismissed suggestions that he could join Watford this summer.

Watford are busy looking for improvements to their squad after securing promotion to the Premier League, and rumours have claimed that they are considering a move for the 24-year-old.

However, Santon has played down the reports by insisting he has no intention of leaving San Siro.

Responding to the reports on his Facebook page, the defender said: "I read all your comments and want to say I know nothing about all this. I want to stay at Inter."

Santon re-joined Inter from Newcastle United in the January transfer window.
